Kontroverze oko porodičnog nudizma u Arizoni

Nakon tragičnog slučaja koji je zadesio srpsku porodicu u americi, kada su im oduzeta deca, porodični odnosi i odnos američke države prema porodici me je više zainteresovao. Tako sam došao do podatka da su tužioci u Arizoni odbili da podignu optužnicu protiv majke i očuha zbog upražnjavanja nudizma pred svojim sinovima adolescentima.
Kada je 13-godišnjak pozvao policiju i požalio im se kako se oseća neprijatno u prisustvu svog nagog oca, policija je preporučila da se par optuži za zločin.
"Ne znate koliko je poznata ova priča," rekao je Bob Morton, izvršni direktor Naturist Action Committee, neprofitne organizacije koji se zalaže za nudiste u pravnim pitanjima. On je rekao da se u borbi bivših supružnika i članova porodice često pokušava da se jedan od roditelja predstavi kao nudista kako bi drugi dobio starateljstvo nad decom. Roditelji imaju pravo da odluče o svemu šta se dešava unutar njihovih domova ukoliko nije krivično delo, rekao je Morton.
Bivši tužilac za seksualne delikte Robert J. Kampos je rekao da je "skeptičan" oko čitave istrage i da je podizanje optužnice "pravi potez." Ako detetu bude neprijatno, roditelji bi trebalo u svoje planove uključe i dečije poglede. To može da znači nudistički odmor bez dece, ili svlačenje samo kada deca nisu u okolini, rekao je Schuttauf.
"Roditelji bi trebalo da dozvole da dečiji pogledi diktiraju njihove planove." Kao i svaki roditelj i on zna da poštovanje samo dečijih odluku u porodicu je glupo, jer inače svi obroci bi se sastojali od kolača i sladoleda, i sve bi se odmarali u Diznilendu. Deci je "neprijatno", u crkvi, kod zubara, u letnjem kampu, školi, na času fizičkog, itd. Do roditelja je da nađe ravnotežu i uradi ono što je najbolje moguće na dobrobit deteta. Uz sve prednosti nudizma, poboljšane fizičkog izgleda i zdravijeg uma i tela, nudistička rekreacije je dobra za ljude svih uzrasta. Ali to ne znači da roditelji treba da vuku decu uz šutiranje i vrištanje u nudistička odmarališta. Zdrav razum treba da prevlada, ali roditelji treba da iniciraju donošenje zajedničke odluke, a ne samo dece.
Predlažući da bi odluka o porodičnom nudizmu trebalo da bude jedino odluka deteta, Schuttauf zaključuje da nudizam u kući i u nudističkom odmaralištu, bez podrške dece, je isto što i zlostavljanje i da policija i agencija za zaštitu dece imaju pravo da ih spreče.
Nisam iznenađen "pomirljivim" tonom AANR, naročito pošto su na cedilu ostavili San Onofre Plažu, i stvarno osuđenog "golog kafe momka" u Virdžiniji pre nego što su potpune činjenice u ovom predmetu bile poznate. Schuttauf takođe izbegava pitanja i o drugom paru iz Arizoni kojem su deca privremeno oduzeta zbog nekih nagih porodičnih fotografija, nakon što su usvojeni skeneri celog tela na aerodromima.
Nudisti i naturisti treba da ustanu i da se založe za nudistički način života i ne treba da zauzmu "politički korektne" stavovie koji bi služili da se nudizam samo dodatno stigmatizuje.

Asin Thottumkal Malayalam: Asin Tōṭṭuṅkal ?; born 26 October 1985 , known mononymously as Asin is an Indian film actress, model and a stage performer.
Making her acting debut in Sathyan Anthikkad's Malayalam film Narendra Makan Jayakanthan Vaka 2001 Asin had her first commercial success with Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi in 2003, and won a Filmfare Best Telugu Actress Award for the film.

Early life and background
Asin was born in Kochi, Kerala, India and attended Naval Public School from L.K.G. 10th standard grade Then she attended St. Theresa's School in Kochi for her Plus Two education. After that she attended St. Theresa's College for Women in Kochi a college affiliated with MG University where she earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in English Literature. . Her father, Joseph Thottumkal originally from a Nasrani Malabar family in Thodupuzha, managed several businesses before he decided to manage his daughter's acting career instead where he accompanies her to all her foreign shoots. Her mother, Seline Thottumkal, remains a surgeon who moved settlements from Cochin to Chennai to Mumbai to live with her daughter. Asin has quoted that her name "means pure and without blemish". Asin appeared in her first dual role in K. S. Ravikumar's Dasavathaaram opposite Kamal Haasan, who portrayed ten roles. The film, which was under production since September 2006, became Asin's largest film till date. Despite being overshadowed by Haasan's ten roles, Asin's portrayal's in the film were praised as her "best-to-date" with one of her roles being that of a Vaishnavite in the 12th century; whilst the other character was a Brahmin girl from Chidambaram.Dasavathaaram subsequently went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters in South Indian film history Since establishing herself as the leading actress in South India, Asin opted to move into Bollywood, to get nationwide fame. Kanadski planinar oslobođen optužbi za nepristojno ponašanje

Već sam pisao da je u pojedinim zemljama nudističko planinarenje ili planinarenje nudista postalo prava atrakcija, a i da se u nemačkoj otvara i planinarski hotel za nudiste. Međutim nije svuda tako.
Iako je u Kanadi zakon učinio sve što je mogao da bi sprečio čoveka da se nag popne na Orillia, Ontario, rezervat je ipak povukao sve optužbe i tako potencijalno označio Great White North pogodnim za nudiste i naturiste.
Gleb Bazov, advokat iz Toronta koji zastupao planinara, smatra da ova odluka predstavlja važan presedan. "To je obeležilo slučaj u smislu da je zakon primenjen na nudiste i naturiste. Sada je jasno da nudizam u Kanadi ne spada u nepristojna dela."
Razlog za obustavu postupka bio je činjenica da naturistička aktivnost nije utvrđena kao štetna za javnost.
Reakcije stanovnika ovog kraja su tipične, u rasponu od izražavanja oduševljenja, do da je ovo delo uvreda i da je štetno za decu da vide nagog čoveka. Ali to su strahovi i zablude zasnovane na osnovu vekova društvenog ograničenja i verske dogme i nemaju nikakve veze sa realnošću.
Sve čestitke ovom neimenovanom čoveku koji u Kanadi godinama planinari i koji sada može da praktikuje svoje aktivnosti kao naturista bez straha od daljeg uznemiravanja od strane policije. Možda će biti potrebno vreme da šira javnost prihvati golog planinara, ali se nadam se da će i mnogi drugi imati svoju slobodu i moći da uživaju u prirodi bez ograničenja odeće.

Early life and background
Arora Khan was born in Mumbai to a Punjabi father, Anil Arora, and a Malayali Catholic mother, Joyce Polycarp. Her father worked in the Merchant Navy
She completed her secondary education at St Vivekanand School in Delhi. Her aunt Grace Polycarp was the principal of the school. She is also an alumnus of the Holy Cross High School Thane where she had studied until ninth grade. She lived in Borla Society, opposite Basant Talkies before starting her modeling career.

Arora Khan was selected as one of the MTV VJs when MTV India started its operations in India. She rose to an interviewer for MTV India, becoming the most prominent non-movie, non-model female in urban India.
